The operating procedure for the inspection of diethyl chlorophosphate is an important part of quality control, including quality standards, sampling methods, detection methods and procedures.

1. Identification: Consistent with a standard product.
2. Appearance: colorless to light yellow clear liquid.
3. Boiling point: 79~81℃/6mmHg.
4. Density: 1.190~1.198.
5. Flash point: 61 ℃
6. GC: ≥95.0%

50. Sampling method

In order to ensure the scientific and authenticity of the analysis results, the sampling should follow the principle of randomness and objectivity, and the name, batch number, specification, quantity, source, sampling method and date of sample delivery should be recorded in detail.

50. Testing method

1. Identification: Refer to IR method in Volumc II of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015) for consistency with standard products.
2. Appearance: refer to the Appendix attached to Volumc II of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015) for visual method, . It should be clear liquid with colorless to light yellow color.
3. Boiling point: refer to Volumc II of "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" (2015) for the hypsometry, should be 79~81℃/6mmHg.
4. Density: refer to Volumc II of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015) for the densitometry, which should be 1.190~1.198.
5. Flash point: refer to Volumc II of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2015) for flash point determination, should be 61℃.
6. Content detection (GC) : ≥95.0%

1. Instrument: capillary column: HP-5(30M×0.32mmx 0.25um) from Shimadzu, Japan.
2. FID：280℃; Sampler temperature: 230℃; Mobile phase:N2 (be sure to dry, the sampler must be dry, first washed with acetone, drying,the sampler and bottle to dry, or to decompose!); burning gas:H2; sample size:0.2µl; Column temperature:temperature programming, keeping 120℃ for 4 minutes, then up 10℃ every minute, to 250℃ for 5 minutes;
3. The minimum peak area was set as 2 times of the noise of the instrument, compared with the standard substance, and calculated by the peak area normalization method after deducting the loss of fixed fluid, it should be ≥95.0%.
