On October 23, 2025, following its initial invitation on November 6, 2024, CHEMFISH was once again invited to participate in the internal professional exhibition of Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. As an exclusive communication platform open to Shin-Etsu Group’s core internal departments, the exhibition brought together key teams from technology development, procurement, and production. These departments engaged in intensive discussions around the product portfolio presented by CHEMFISH, demonstrating significantly higher interest compared to the first participation.

At the exhibition, CHEMFISH showcased four major product lines: semiconductor wet-process chemicals, electronic-grade fluorinated solvents, specialty reagents, and high-purity advanced materials. The technology development team focused on performance metrics and the feasibility of import substitution for high-purity materials, conducting multiple rounds of detailed inquiries into critical technical parameters. The procurement team held in-depth discussions on core cooperation topics including mass-supply capability, flexible lead-time assurance, international compliance certifications, and tiered pricing structures. The production team, aligned with practical mass-production needs, engaged in pragmatic communication regarding product stability, abnormal-response mechanisms, and long-term supply-security strategies.
Compared with the previous Shin-Etsu exhibition, this event marked entry into a substantive cooperation phase. In addition to reaching consensus on optimization and upgrades of existing collaborative products, three new high-purity electronic materials introduced by CHEMFISH entered on-site evaluation. Among them, one fluorinated-solvent replacement solution has already been formally included in Shin-Etsu Group’s next-stage testing plan.
The progression from initial invitation to renewed participation highlights Shin-Etsu Group’s continued recognition of CHEMFISH’s capabilities in high-end electronic-chemical R&D, supply-chain reliability, and customized technical service. Moving forward, CHEMFISH will use the cooperation intentions established at this exhibition as a catalyst to accelerate new-material testing, validation, and mass-production conversion, providing more competitive material-supply solutions for Shin-Etsu Group and global semiconductor customers.
